A metal shredder, also known as a dual axis shredder, is composed of a shredder box, shredder spindle, shredder tool, spindle coupling, shredder base, hard tooth reducer, high torque motor, distribution cabinet, and other components.
a. Scrap metal materials are fed into the metal shredding box by chain conveyor belts, belt conveyors, or other feeding systems. The materials are clamped by claw shaped knives on the shredder blade shaft, and the materials are compressed and torn under the mutual compression and cutting of the blade shaft. The torn materials are transported by the conveyor belt and sent out for subsequent material crushing and sorting.
