01. Equipment
Double axis shredder, also known as metal shredder, has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, and low noise. The bearing seat adopts a split type, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. The double axis shredder is suitable for shredding various large and difficult to break materials, including car shells, waste tires, large metal barrels, waste aluminum and raw aluminum accessories, waste steel plates, household waste, industrial waste, waste cars, and waste household appliances.
The dual axis shredder is suitable for handling materials:

02. Working principle
Double axis shredder, which cuts and compresses large metal materials that are inconvenient to transport into strips or blocks that meet the requirements. The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system, and there are shredding knife rollers installed on the box. The material is shredded into small pieces through the combined action of two knife rollers, such as tearing, squeezing, and shearing, and discharged from the lower discharge port of the box.
