01. Equipment

The scrap iron shredder uses a fixed knife and a multi claw moving knife to bite each other, and is installed on two moving knife axes for opposite shear compression to complete the shredding treatment of scrap iron materials. The scrap iron shredder has a large feeding port and can shred various large waste cars, waste bicycles, motorcycles, waste machine oil barrels, paint barrels, color steel tiles, iron sheets, and other materials at once. After the shredded materials are sorted, the pure metal iron obtained can be directly used for the smelting, recycling, and reuse of steel.

1. Raw material inlet box: The main body is welded with Q235 steel plate, which is processed as a whole after stress relief treatment to ensure the stability of the equipment during long-term high load operation;

02. Working principle

The scrap iron shredder equipment mainly consists of feeding silo, shredding knife roller, power distribution system, discharge conveyor belt, motor power, hard tooth reducer, and other parts. Scrap iron material can be directly fed into the material bin, fixed by the rotation of the tool claw, and the blade shaft completes shearing, squeezing, and tearing to obtain block shaped scrap iron material. The scrap iron material is discharged under the shredder, and then transported through a conveyor belt to complete the magnetic separation process of the material, ultimately obtaining pure scrap iron material.
