02. Working principle

The four axis shredder uses four wear-resistant shredding toothed rollers. During operation, the four shredding toothed rollers rotate relative to each other, forming two V-shaped shredding cavities to crush materials. After the materials enter the V-shaped shredding cavities of the upper two toothed rollers, the shear force of the relative rotation of the upper two toothed rollers is used to shear and shred the materials for the first time (coarse crushing), and then enter the relatively rotating lower two toothed roller shredding cavity again. Then, the shear force of the lower two toothed rollers (small and thin toothed knives) is utilized, Cut the material again to the required particle size (fine crushing) and discharge it from the discharge port.
