01. Equipment
The pressure block shredder is a shredder designed and manufactured for the pressure block series of materials. Double Star Machinery designs a shredder based on the actual situation of domestic pressure block materials, providing reliable equipment for early crushing of waste recycling and material reduction treatment. The crushing and tearing machine is mainly used for 600 × 600~400 × Pre crushing treatment of scrap steel compacts and metal compacts of 400 and below, and tearing of scrap metal compacts to form small pieces. The processed fragments are then transported to the scrap steel crusher for final crushing processing.
02. Working principle
The metal block shredder is mainly capable of shredding various materials that are pressed into blocks by the metal block shredder. The materials are fed through the feeding port of the conveyor belt and enter the shredding chamber. The motor drives the rotor to operate through the gearbox. The rotors that mesh with each other are torn, squeezed, and engaged to shred the materials into small pieces, meeting the required size for secondary processing. The block shredder equipment is an auxiliary equipment that can be used for convenient storage and transportation. The discharge size can be adjusted according to user requirements.
